Winter Mountain Craftsmen, LLC is looking to add talented trim carpenters to our crew. We work on custom homes in the San Juan Mountains, and are looking for skilled pros who can put out furniture-quality trim work.

What We’re Looking For:

• The skills to finish high end homes - base, jamb extensions, doors, floors, cabinets, ceiling liner - we do it all
  
  

• Dedication to quality in every cut, joint, and install
  
  

• Ability to read millwork shops
  
  

• Reliable transportation and tools
  
  

• Willingness to work & commute in mountain terrain and weather conditions
  
  

• Looking for those with 10+ years of experience, but willing to work with folks with less as long as they have the requisite skills
